Hi, I would like to ask how many hours or how much time is spent in Grand Canyon and if it is possible to go down in the canyon or we will stay just up where are observatory points?
Thank you
Dear Aneta,
Thanks for your reply.
Our Grand Canyon tour stops at Bright Angel Lodge along the Grand Canyon Rim for a full three hours. At Bright Angel Lodge, you can take the free shuttles to multiple view points including Mather Point, Yavapai Point and many others on our tour or you may walk the 2.5-mile trail. We will not go down the Canyon during the stay.
Best Regards,
Daisy

Dear Vinay Patel,
Please Note: At this time we do not offer customized tours, as you would select from the pre-arranged tours listed on our website.
Each tour has specified departure dates, please see the calendar on each tour page to check for your date. Once you have selected the tour you are interested in, you can book directly on the tour page.
Or, you may obtain an instant quote by entering the relevant information in the booking area of the tour page, steps 1, 2, 3, 4...
Quad occupancy in the hotel room is likely less in cost then the double occupancy rate. You can check this information on each of the tour pages under "Pricing" and select your accommodation arrangement accordingly.
For reservations which have 10 or more people, you will receive a 10% discount off the total price.
Best Regards,
Tia

Dear Weronika Glapiak,
The tour normally returns to Los Angeles between 6:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Chinatown, but there may be a 30-60 minute delay caused by circumstances such as bad weather and traffic.

Is the buy 2 get 1 free discount available around the thanksgiving holiday?
When I buy three in the online system, the price is the total of three instead of two. How should I obtain the discount?
Dear King,
We do offer the Buy 2 get one free promotion. The 3rd traveller travels for free as long as he/she shares the same room as the 1st two passengers. The extra fees you are noticing on the reservation will be the admission costs to the amusement parks.
Best Regards,
Andrea

If I plan to end the trip in Las Vegas on the last day after lunch, can I book a U.S. domestic flight which departs at 4:10 p.m.? Is this flight too early? Thanks!
Dear Yu,
That flight time would be okay.
If you wish to end your tour in Las Vegas, please leave a note in the comment box on the check-out page so that we may include this information in your booking.
Please Note: You will need to arrange your own transfer to airport on the last day to catch your flight.
Best Regards,
Justin

Dear Carolyn Woodward,
You can leave one day before the tour finished. Please be noted that the tour itinerary is subject to change. The last day might not be Disneyland. Also you still need to pay for the theme parks since they all must be purchased when you are making the reservation online.
If you intention is to depart the tour from Disneyland on the last day, to re-confirm the final itinerary please leave a comment on the check-out page so we can try to confirm more details for you after we receive your reservation
Best Regards,

We will be extending our stay in LA after the tour. What hotel is the nearest to Intercalifornias Bus as this is the bus we will be riding in going back to Fresno.
Dear Sally,
From our extension hotel list, the Hilton San Gabriel is the nearest one from LA downtown Intercalifornias Bus. It is about 20 minutes' drive way without traffic, about 11 miles distance.
